About the Job:
Teleperformance Egypt is now hiring Social Media Specialist to take responsibility of monitoring the consumer engagement and implementation on our social media channels. Conducting one-to-one internet agent management, tracking and push of platform construction and business issues improvement.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, with majors in communications, electronics, e-Commerce.
- Patient, strong sense of responsibility, and strong service awareness.
- Good in Excel and analysis data skill.
- Familiar with social media operations and management
- Have experience using social media monitoring tool
- Familiar with the consumer electronic products’ and current digital trend
- Have good communication skills, self-learning ability, ability to analyze, solve and summarize problems well.
