Job Description
- The main responsibility of a person working as a property consultant is to provide sound advice about properties to potential buyers. A property consultant must use and utilize all the knowledge that he/she has about real estate to suggest that property to the buyer which fits his description or specifications.
- Another responsibility of a property consultant is to offer financial advice as well to the buyers so that they can strike a financially sound deal with the seller.
- A property consultant is also responsible for doing a research on the real estate market to be updated about the current trends and new real estate options.
- It is the job responsibility of a property consultant to maintain proper relations with existing clients and try and attract more customers for a strong and trusted customer base.
- A property consultant is also responsible for maintaining records and reports of the properties suggested and sold for future reference.
- A property consultant may also be required to visit potential sites with the buyers so as to inform them about the positives and negatives of the real estate property.
- He/she may also be responsible for preparing the necessary documents of real estate for the buyers.
Job Requirements
- Female & Male Candidates.
- Preferably graduates of AUC, GUC, BUE and or equivalent Universities.
- Military Exemption or completion.
- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Experience: 0-2 years (background in Real-Estate).
- Ability to follow up on clients.
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Excellent Negotiations Skills.
- Good Computer User.
- Good Command of English.
- Knows how to work in a team.
- Residents of Heliopolis, or Zamalek (Or close to these areas).
