Job Description
We need a java developer has an experience in writing and working with various workflow engines, and has a:
- Solid understanding of object-oriented software design using UML, data modelling and architectural abstractions.
- Enterprise software application development with excellent knowledge of distributed computing (J2EE, EJB, Spring, Hibernate ORM tools etc.) and security systems.
- Solid understanding of the standard J2EE and SOA design patterns
- Must has an experience in developing and working with Workflow engines and SOA design patterns
- Proven experience implementation and deployment in complex software projects across multiple hardware and software platforms.
- Experience working on highly scalable client facing application development is a must.
- Proven experience in optimizing and troubleshooting complex J2EE solutions running on a J2EE application server (e.g. WebLogic, Websphere, Jboss etc)
- Experience creating, defining and implementing new design documents, architectural models and explaining their application in solving complex problems and solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proactively raise concerns and take initiative to get the right people involved to bring issues to resolution.
- Highly effective client interaction and service skills resulting in high client satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Good team player
- Bachelor Science degree required, MS degree preferred
- Experience leading, managing and coordinating technical aspects of large project a plus.
- Experience designing and building financial software and accounting systems a plus.
- Experience leading enterprise architecture, system integration and package implementations a plus
- 2+ years experience with developing and implementing workflow engines
- 6+ years experience with Java, JavaScript, Jquery, SQL
- More than 1 year experience with Eclipse IDE, WebLogic Workshop Modelling tools (e.g., Together Architect, Rational System Architect) a plus
- 5+ years experience with J2EE (Servlets/JSP, MVC Framework, EJB, JMS, JDBC)
- 5+ years experience with J2EE Application Servers (e.g. Jboss, WebLogic, etc)
- More than 1 year experience with Apache tools
- 4+ years SQL, PL/SQL experience
- 5+ years experience with Web Technology: J2EE, Struts, Beehive, XML, HTML, DHTML, AJAX, Jquery,
- 5+ years experience with Presentation Tier: JSP, Struts, MVC, Page flows (Beehive), CSS, Servlets, Tag libraries
- 5+ years experience with Integration Technology: JMS, JMX, Web Services, SOAP, Restful, XML processing
- 4+ years Spring Framework experience
- 4+ years experience with Hibernate or ORM tools
- 3+ years experience Common Utilities and Testing Tools: JUnit, Log4J, Ant, Maven
- More than 1 year experience with Security Frameworks: : Policy Servers (e.g. Siteminder), LDAP, JAAS authentication, Spring security (optional), openAM
- More than 1 year experience with JProbe, Mercury Profiler & LoadRunner or equivalent code profiling or stress testing tool (optional)
