Job Description
- Having comprehensive experience about Supply Chain with special eye on Logistics & Inventory/Stock Management.
- Ensuring the proper storage of items or goods stored in the warehouse FIFO & LIFO.
- Reserving space allocation for property and items with proper SKUs.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Ensuring that labels for goods are updated and accurate and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
- Ensuring that all receipts are processed in a timely manner.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance by physically counting and identifying items or goods in the warehouse or stock room.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records and ensuring that information or details about goods or items are correct.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or customer issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
- Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments.
Job Requirements
- 6-10 Years’ Experience in Logistics and Stock Management/Warehousing using ERP.
- Have in-depth knowledge of shipment process, custom clearance procedures, International legalization, and local governmental challenges on Import.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Outstanding analytical & Planning Skills.
- Problem-solving and high organizational skills.
- Excellent in speaking and writing English.
- Excellent in Advanced Excel (using Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Advanced Filters & Conditional Formatting)- Power I is a plus.
- Required outside visits for our warehouses & ports.
