Job Description
The HR in our institution will play a vital role and will do the following:
- Maintain Company policy and procedure
- Supervise pay rolls and salary structure
- Handling of employees and problems of staff and workers
- Reporting to management on latest updates and employee evaluations
- Motivate employees and staff by creating and organizing events and training workshops
- Manage Branches, in terms of work flow and makes sure procedures are going according to plan and policy
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in HR professionally.
- Good written and spoken English and Arabic
- Fluency with computers systems and CRM
