Job Description
- Design & develop, with programs’ managers, the organization’s yearly program and oversee its implementation;
- Develop and diversify the financial resources necessary to ensure future stability and sustainability;
- Develop strategies to attract corporate support and and generate earned income;
- Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with current and potential donors;
- Oversee the day-to-day operation within the organization and the supervision of staff, which consists of 20 members.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in a leading position within a cultural organization or managing a large scale project;
- Possess demonstrable skills in fund-raising, financial planning, management of staff, and evaluation and monitoring;
- Possess excellent abilities to communicate, connect and interact with people from diverse backgrounds;
- Excellent command of Arabic and English Languages, knowledge of German or French is an asset.
- Able to work under pressure.
