Marketing & Communications Executive

The marketing and communications executive will lead all marketing activities. This core position will be key to ma7ali’s growth. We seek someone with a keen sense of customer needs and concerns, a passion for food, and the creativity and flexibility to face challenges and grow with the company. You must have good planning skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy [15%]: Lead the core team in developing overall marketing strategy including targets and timelines
• Communications and Social Media Management [20%]: Execute communications across all digital and print media and maintain digital presence including social media, email, and website.
• Content Creation [35%]: Initiate and develop frameworks for informational and promotional content; plan, budget, prioritize various campaigns and projects, manage content creation including design, coordinate with team members for content development, implement, and report on outcomes.
• Event Management [10-15%]: Lead planning, promotion, and execution of events including budgeting, coordinating the team, managing reservations, etc.
• Cross-marketing [5-10%]: Work with suppliers and other establishments on cross-marketing such as joint events, co-branded products, promotions, etc
• Market research [10-15%]: Conduct market research using various techniques both offline and online.
• Work with core team on developing and improving CRM systems
