Job Description

  • Handle all B2C indoor customers by receiving and delivering their products after fixing.
  • Make the necessary communications with those customers for follow up.
  • Ability to work with our Win Surv (service Management Software).
  • Providing weekly reports, stating the business performance of this department.
  • Performing customer satisfaction calls for Canon B2C major customers.
  • Responsible for communicate with vendor for any technical cases to be escalated.
  • Responsible to log into CCNA Portal for warranty cases.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSC engineering or Faculty of commerce.
  • For males, military service must be finished.

Comments: Basic salary, Social Insurance & Medical Insurance (optional).
