Job Description
Need Accountant for Jewellery, Lord Jewelry Egypt, who is good in excel and Jewellery software (Will teach him)
- Manage accounts payable including entering and coding invoices, tracking approvals and due dates, and initiating and entering payments.
- Manage accounts receivable for certain customers including processing credit applications, invoicing, and entering payments.
- Reconcile daily bank deposits to customer payments made via various payment gateways.
- Record all bank and credit card transactions in general ledger.
- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts at month-end.
- Estimate certain accruals at month end.
- Assist others within the company with tasks as needed.
- Record refunded items on excel and set refund schedule.
Office timing 12-7 PM
Sunday off
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or currently working towards.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to organize work efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines.
