We are an automotive tire Agent with over 45 years in the market, handling over 30 global tire brands in the MENA region.

Our marketing team is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team (preferably with Digital Agency experience). who has a passion for social media and loves the challenge of creating creative content and launching campaigns in the financial realm.

If you are confident you can create campaigns that will reach the right audience at the right time, are detail-oriented, organized, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently, and love a fast-paced team environment this role may be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to,

  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiative
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively—excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, i.e. written and verbal, to develop a wide-range of materials; and ability to interact effectively with different target demographics
  • Knowledge and proficiency of social media/networking platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Digitally savvy and interested in the digital marketing industry and technologies, i.e. latest Pinterest advancement
  • Highly organized and prepared
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brands business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
  • Good writing/editing skills and the ability to adopt the style, tone and voice of multiple brands in Arabic and English.
