Job Description
- Perform strategic planning to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best calibers.
- Ensure adequate support in compensation and fringe benefits programs.
- Coordinate organization planning and development, enhancing staff policies and procedures.
- Providing best HR practices by applying modern systems and techniques to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Manage overall HR Functions (Recruitment, OD, Training, Personnel and Compensation and Benefits.
- Develop Communication with different departments and manage HR team to support employees with patience.
- In charge of all recruitment, selection and induction activities.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Monitor the Personnel activities periodically to make sure that they are aligned to labor law regulation.
- Determine the training plan out of training needs assessment and fulfill it based on the allocated budget.
Job Requirements
- Excellent leadership and relationship management skills are essential.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Managerial Position, preferable in universities.
- Fluent English.
- Degree in Human Resources will be an asset.
