Job Description

  • Perform strategic planning to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best calibers.
  • Ensure adequate support in compensation and fringe benefits programs.
  • Coordinate organization planning and development, enhancing staff policies and procedures.
  • Providing best HR practices by applying modern systems and techniques to improve individual and organizational performance.
  • Manage overall HR Functions (Recruitment, OD, Training, Personnel and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Develop Communication with different departments and manage HR team to support employees with patience.
  • In charge of all recruitment, selection and induction activities.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor the Personnel activities periodically to make sure that they are aligned to labor law regulation.
  • Determine the training plan out of training needs assessment and fulfill it based on the allocated budget.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills are essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Managerial Position, preferable in universities.
  • Fluent English.
  • Degree in Human Resources will be an asset.
