Job Description
- Prepare the bill of quantities for all the project's components.
- Prepare quantities by trades based on the project or client requests.
- Prepare cost estimates for all components.
- Prepare cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure the consistency of bill of quantities with specifications.
- Advise on tendering procedures, examine and analyze bids, recommend tender awards and conduct negotiations.
- Preparing take off for the project including the estimated cost for each item and prepare the related calculation sheets and quantities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- Male Only.
- Experience more than 2 years in the same position is a Must.
