Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware on site or over phone.
- Support operations' staff on new features related to IT hardware and software.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in and to use their daily functions).
- Respond to email messages for employees seeking help.
- Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, replacing parts as required.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk.
- Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
- Very good to fluent English level.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Very strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to self-develop.
- Expert ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
