Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware on site or over phone.
  • Support operations' staff on new features related to IT hardware and software.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in and to use their daily functions).
  • Respond to email messages for employees seeking help.
  • Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, replacing parts as required.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.

Job Requirements

  • From 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk.
  • Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
  • Very good to fluent English level.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Very strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to self-develop.
  • Expert ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
