Job Description

  • Basically performing Payroll and personnel Functions beside performance appraisal as well
  • Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
  • Calculating the correct amount for deductions and bonuses using ERP system
  • Track and follow up on attendance of all employees and managing their annual and sick leave and all required personnel tasks
  • Managing social and Medical insurance
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
  • Improves employees performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • HR diploma is a plus
