Job Description
A luxury hotel in Heliopolis, Cairo requires Banquet Sales and Operation Manager. He or She is expected to carry on the both of sales and operation responsibilities of the banquet department; with the following qualifications:-
• A college diploma in tourism or business management is an asset
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity and position and +7 years in the food and beverage field
• Preferably from the Banquet department with exposure to the Food & Beverage outlets
• Well versed in English a necessity
• Selling and negotiation skills
• leadership skills and customer service oriented
