Job Description
- Filtering and searching applications.
- Call Shortlisted candidate & carry out workshops arrangements of recruitment activities
- Process incoming and outgoing calls of HR dep in a professional way.
- Responsible for gathering CVs from different sources and channels to be saved in the database.
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations.
- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees
- Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers
keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. - Draft vacancies and publish through all sources, internal and external as required.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Data entry for Factory missions, Vacations & Permissions.
- Review monthly vacations.
- Assist in any other tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Experience from 0-2 in related field
- Bachelor's degree in any disciples
- Good writing skills and communication skills
- Basic knowledge in HR functions
- HR diploma is a plus
- Be assertive and committed to work
- Multi tasks
- Able to work under pressure
- Language : Excellent command in both written and spoken English
- Computer skills : Expert user of Microsoft Office
- Work days : From Saturday till Thursday
