Job Description
- Planning for pre-project (needs, priorities, ...)
- Coordinate with various departments of the company to identify priorities for the company's projects, according to the importance
- Finding and studying new investment opportunities and identifying the different uses.
- Identify the needs of each project and contact suppliers, local and international (to provide quotes).
- Collection and processing of documents and drawings required for the project in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Follow-up and participate in the processing of a report of units sold and the ongoing work by In coordination with the concerned departments.
- Prepare required documents and information processing in the case of travel to the different exhibitions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineering
- PMP
- Proficiency in AutoCad.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English language
- Previous experience in Real Estate Development
