Job Description
- Sell retail products to customers.
- Focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
- The ideal candidate will be able to drive new business specifically with our software and professional services capabilities, as well as develop and close solution sales opportunities.
- Candidate is expected to take the lead in the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead management and qualification, identification of business requirements, presentation, negotiations, closure.
- Typical work activities
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Negotiate price for the sale.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 2 years
- knowledge of Sales and Software Sales is preferred
- Customer Service Skills: You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
- Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
