Job Description
- Determine the goals of IT within broad outlines provided by the executive management and contribute to the continuity of computer hardware, Network, and voice services by providing necessary technical leadership and project coordination.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Develop an effective product development life cycle infrastructure starting from requirements gathering.
- Build processes and documentation with the key deliverable of timely product delivery and high levels of product quality as objective.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements and monitoring of IT systems performance.
- Identify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
Job Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in the IT field with minimum 5 years in IT managerial level.
- Expert in data center management and data governance.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- PMP Certificate is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
