Job Description
- Conduct quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in submitting the purchase request.
- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment.
- Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during the project and keep its records for following up and tracing.
- Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its tracing and up following for records.
- Preparation of the monthly implementation plan.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
- Commit to the planned training and work on delivering the information learned to the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Aware of Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim).
- Aware of Planning and Cost Control Technique.
- Experience in the construction work field.
- Very Good English Language Excellent Computer Skills ( AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit).
