Job Description
- Translate Documents from French and to French, English and Arabic and act as an interpreter for the manager
- Execute travel and hotel bookings arrangements for the chairman and liaise with travel agencies and hotels to ensure that necessary reservations are done according to agreed schedules and prepare itineraries.
- Translate business reports and arrange monthly meetings.
- Attend business meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up with concerned departments/ persons on action plan
- Maintain accurate soft and hard copy filing system for the Chairman and CEO.
- Provide general clerical and administrative (photocopying, faxing, scanning, expenses, mailing & typing) assistance for the Chairman and CEO.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times regarding the company’s related information.
- Provide general clerical and typing assistance to the company when needed.
- Handle the administrative support for visas issuing process (correspondence with embassies).
- Execute any additional assigned tasks by Chairman or CEO.
