Responsibilities :
- We are looking for someone with great ownership and a strong practical focus.
- Manage the project goals, scope and project teams to ensure overall project success, including end user satisfaction
- Focus in this role will be on large programs.
- Manage, monitor and control all the SW activities including the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, installation and the delivery of the SW solutions with the objective of satisfying the end users, and produce quality products within corporate standards and rules.
- Leading Mobile Application team of up to 12 employees (Developers, Quality Control , Support Engineers , and technical writer)
- Participate in the overall process by reviewing project proposals and assessing overall project structure, risk, staffing requirements and ensuring alignment in order to achieve project success.
Job Requirements
Wide Range Experience about Our Technology Stack includes:
- Cloud concepts , Android and objective C
- FrontEnd Technologies Background - AngularJS - HTML5, js, css.
- Big Data Concepts
- BackEnd Techno Background include PHP Frameworks , MVC , My SQL , NoSQL (MongoDB) and Node.js
- Expert in Mobile application Projects Management with proven record.
- Leader and team worker [Managing a Project Managers, developers, Testers , technical writers, Support …etc].
- Expert in (SDLC) software development life cycle
- Good knowledge of Agile and it's practices.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a professional services company managing the development or implementation of mobile, web applications and/or software products.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MSc, or equivalent relevant experience.
- You encourage teamwork, communication and coordination across the project team and set clear expectations, objectives, assignments and timing.
- You love to work with a team, provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project.
