Job Description

This role will be responsible to operate and manage a central kitchen to produce different bakery and pastry products In addition to support in retail operations of 3 stores .

Main Responsibilities :

  • Developing Central kitchen standard procedures of operation.
  • Apply hygiene standards in all operational locations including retails.
  • Cost Control and cost optimization of produced products.
  • Maintain maximum efficient of kitchen and retail team.
  • Suppliers management.
  • Achieving central kitchen target sales.

Job Requirements

  • Good experience in central kitchen and catering management.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Background in long shelf time products production.
  • Experience in long shelf time products is essential.
