This role will be responsible to operate and manage a central kitchen to produce different bakery and pastry products In addition to support in retail operations of 3 stores .
Main Responsibilities :
- Developing Central kitchen standard procedures of operation.
- Apply hygiene standards in all operational locations including retails.
- Cost Control and cost optimization of produced products.
- Maintain maximum efficient of kitchen and retail team.
- Suppliers management.
- Achieving central kitchen target sales.

- Good experience in central kitchen and catering management.
- Experience in team management.
- Background in long shelf time products production.
- Experience in long shelf time products is essential.
