Job Description

  • Handling scheduled deliveries while adhering to IdealRatings service levels
  • Prepare compliance reports requested by IdealRatings clients
  • Developing communication with internal teams, partners and clients to ensure smooth support operations
  • Responsible for supporting and managing the relation between Ideal Ratings and their valued customers globally
  • Ensuring superior customer satisfaction throughout existing and new services offered by Ideal Ratings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics from a leading university
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Native fluency in English and Arabic
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in supporting clients is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel
  • Details-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
