Job Description
- Handling scheduled deliveries while adhering to IdealRatings service levels
- Prepare compliance reports requested by IdealRatings clients
- Developing communication with internal teams, partners and clients to ensure smooth support operations
- Responsible for supporting and managing the relation between Ideal Ratings and their valued customers globally
- Ensuring superior customer satisfaction throughout existing and new services offered by Ideal Ratings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics from a leading university
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Native fluency in English and Arabic
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in supporting clients is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Details-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
