Job Description

To underpin our exciting growth phase, we are in need of highly motivated HR Coordinators to help support and deliver HR projects and tasks for our clients. This is a fast-paced role that will be measured at productivity and quality.

The HR Coordinator role key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with their consultancy projects and HR tasks.
  • Undertaking your own projects including drafting and issuing HR related documentation to our clients and their employees.
  • Providing full Recruitment admin support to the team including phone-screening candidates, arranging for interviews, conducting occasional interviews, reporting, etc.
  • Providing full HR admin support to the team including drafting offer letters, submitting contracts, drafting hand books and tailoring HR policies.
  • Promoting and discussing our suite of services with current clients to ensure our full offering is being utilized effectively.
  • Initiating and taking calls and briefs from prospective clients, encouraging them with your knowledge of our solutions and capabilities.
  • Building relationships our client group over the phone and email.

Job Requirements

  • A proven ability in managing high volume and changing #priorities.
  • 1-2 years of #experience in an administrative job, supporting a small team with HR related tasks.
  • Strong attention to #detail
  • Influential written and verbal #communication_skills.
  • A positive attitude with a #passion for people.
  • Exposure to, or previous experience in a #consultancy_agency would be beneficial.
  • Preferably a #NewCairo resident

Our business hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm
(however, from time to time you may be required to work outside of these hours to meet the needs of the business.)
