Job Description
Candidate will be outsourced to a government agency for one year renewable up to three years through our company.

Job Description:
- Serves as a help desk tier 1 and 2 engineer to support desktops, laptops,and tablets
- Maintains system processes related to file and system backups
- Supporting a wide variety of network and software applications (firewall, web filter, corporate managed virus protection.)
- Maintain Active Directory user and computer accounts
- Maintains computer and mobile device updates/patches
- Maintain telephony equipment including VOIP and analog services
- Recommends hardware, software and consumables for purchase.
- Maintain updated and accurate inventory lists
- Maintain and create documentation of IT processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- 6+ years of related experience in Technical Support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency of Arabic and English Language
- In depth experience in Office and Outlook
