- Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
- Receive, direct and reply e-mails, telephone messages and faxes
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
Working Conditions:
- Working Days are from Saturday till Thursday
