Job Description

  • Maintaining daily communication with the customer and factories.
  • Creating and maintaining records of purchase orders.
  • Printing daily emails and updating records.
  • Creating and updating reports using Excel sheets and Word documents.
  • Following up with production team members that all samples for each order are sent on timely basis.
  • Make sure that garments test required by the customer are done for each order.
  • Following up with vendors on delivery dates.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up with team members to make sure promises are put into action.
  • Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files

Job Requirements

  • University graduate (BSc, BA).
  • Good English language skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • Heliopolis, Nozha or Nasr City residents preferable.
