Job Description
- The Head of Sales sustains the current business, identifies new B2B commercial opportunities within the current accounts. The job holder is responsible to increase revenue sales whilst producing a profit margin in line with KPIs. The job holder is responsible to develop, implement & maintain sales processes & develop strategies.

- Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company
- Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Maintain new business production, customer satisfaction, and continuous business growth.
- Identify and manage market trends and risks.
- Develop Sales strategies with the board to maintain and grow the business.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Develop and Implement sales processes and activities monitored through KPI’s.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Cooperate with other department on the product availability (Trading, production, supply chain etc.).
- Lead Sales Team and enhance staff accomplishments and competences by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions to less experienced team members and teach improved processes.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
- Lead and develop the Sales and Service functions to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establish personal networks, benchmark state-of-the-art practices, participate in professional societies.

Job Requirements
- Commercial Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-graduate degree.
- 15-20 years’ experience within Sales in FMCG and proven track of leading people.
- B2B Technical Experience in the local market.
- Prefer candidate with experience in implementation of Sales strategy, business planning and budgeting.
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding
- Strong team player who enjoys the art of sales
- Experience in managing accounts.
- Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven
- Profound MS Office skills; especially Excel.
