Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Manager to lead our QC department, set performance objectives and ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality department goals, performance metrics and monitoring systems to track company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research on the latest developments in quality management and continuous improvement to keep the company at the forefront of industry practices.
• Collaborate with the Production and R&D teams to develop and improve the product.
• Oversee and approve quality procedures to ensure any deviations from standards are identified and corrected promptly.
• Review new manufacturing orders to define inspection methods.
• Prepare and present daily and monthly quality reports, providing analysis and recommendations to improve production results.
• Communicate quality standards and customer requirements to the quality and production teams, ensuring products meet expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Approves or rejects products based on whether their dimensions and condition meet the specified tolerances.
• Ensures that all measuring tools are calibrated to get accurate measurement results.
• Lead, motivate and train the quality team to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs to raise technical and operational capabilities.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness by ensuring compliance with housekeeping Audit checklist.
• Monitor adherence to safety regulations using the OHS Checklist to reduce workplace hazards.
• Ensures the company meets all certification requirements to avoid any non-compliance issues.
