Job Description

  • Insure all clients’ communications at the optimum level that secures client satisfaction.
  • Secure all client requests are done within the company policies.
  • Follow up with the departments for pending issues or information required as production, logistics, accounts, and purchasing.
  • Handle daily problems by referring to the client or through the team experience.
  • Checking correspondents and client requests and distributing data to the related internal departments.
  • Prepare reports to monitor the different execution status of the client’s order compared to the forecasted one.
  • Receiving orders from customers by courier, email, etc.. and doing the internal release of the print orders to the different departments.
  • Sending required advance copies to clients where applicable.
  • Follow up on the overdue payments for the clients.
  • Production progress sheet to major clients requiring that service from the company.
  • Ensuring and enforcing quality standards as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Updating sales document as per FSC standards where applicable
  • Establishing a register of FSC product group where applicable.
  • Identifying non-compliance and taking the corrective actions

Job Requirements

  • University degree 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills (French and/or German would be a plus).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Selling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and persistent.
  • Artistic taste with a good eye for colors and details.
