Job Description
- Insure all clients’ communications at the optimum level that secures client satisfaction.
- Secure all client requests are done within the company policies.
- Follow up with the departments for pending issues or information required as production, logistics, accounts, and purchasing.
- Handle daily problems by referring to the client or through the team experience.
- Checking correspondents and client requests and distributing data to the related internal departments.
- Prepare reports to monitor the different execution status of the client’s order compared to the forecasted one.
- Receiving orders from customers by courier, email, etc.. and doing the internal release of the print orders to the different departments.
- Sending required advance copies to clients where applicable.
- Follow up on the overdue payments for the clients.
- Production progress sheet to major clients requiring that service from the company.
- Ensuring and enforcing quality standards as per the company policies and procedures.
- Updating sales document as per FSC standards where applicable
- Establishing a register of FSC product group where applicable.
- Identifying non-compliance and taking the corrective actions
Job Requirements
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English skills (French and/or German would be a plus).
- Negotiation skills.
- Selling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized and persistent.
- Artistic taste with a good eye for colors and details.
