Job Description
- Initiates the medical record by creating and processing the patient care record folder
- Organize and manage patients' file information data.
- Ensure paperwork is properly filled out
- Verify accuracy and accessibility of files.
- Ensure all files are secure.
- Review the patient's file before sending it to Medical Unit or our outpatient department
- Follow up daily discharged list and collect those files
- Review of the discharged files, sorting according to dates and ensuring that all proper forms are submitted.
- Maintain electronic health records databases
- Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
- Retrieve patient medical records for physicians, technicians, or other medical personnel
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in a discipline related to the job
- Minimum Years of experience: 1 year in admin work
- Computer Skills: very good
- English Language skills: good
- Soft Skills: Quality Focus, Documentation Skills, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, Data Entry Management
