Understand the product(s) in detail from the perspective of customers’ integration, deployment and launch
Participate in solution design process, develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics to communicate concepts to the client
Collaborate with Engineering teams, IT organizations and vendors to define strategy to deliver overall solution according to the specifications
Internally interact with multiple stakeholders, who are part of Project
Design High Level and Low-Level Documents for product integration
Assessing / Ordering Hardware through internal process basis internal and 3rd Party product(s) as an overall solution
Analyzing Business and Development Specifications, Use Cases, IAT/UAT and Detail Design to develop requirement gathering, analyzing the business process, conducting Feasibility studies, Document generation and conducting sessions

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
Understanding of 3rd party integration in IVR / SMS / USSD / Charging
Passion for Software Engineering
Proven experience in developing/participating in platform integration
Experience in Client Interaction
Personal qualities such as creativity, tenacity, curiosity, and passion for deep technical excellence
Experience in understanding and documenting customers’ business requirements and develop innovative solution
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Proven leadership and mentoring skills in working with technical groups
Ability to work with and direct architectural and structural team members on all levels
Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Development background in Backend would be a plus
