Job Description

HR Administrator will be Responsible For:

  • The HR Administrator provides administrative, assistance and research support for all HR functions and performs other HR related activities as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
  • Following up with client.
  • Arrange call conferences and video conferences.
  • Provide support for organizing and arranging company events.
  • Provide assistance to Managing Director in handling diary and schedule of meetings.
  • Interviewing Candidates for new positions.
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Scheduling, CV screening, HR, Ad-min Work.
  • Answering customer inquiries and answer me over the phone and chat written and through e-ticketing
  • Management Facebook accounts and Twitter and snapchat and social networking sites
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Assist to develop innovative and market relevant sourcing strategies and identify different channels.
  • Follow up on appraisal performance with all departments.
  • Handle internal training and e-learning activities.
  • Monitor attendance and leaves (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met .
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints.
  • Explaining companies' policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees .
  • Manage office needs, and contribute to committee and team work .

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of experience.
  • Prefer to work in the software and information technology companies previously
  • Highly experienced in customer conversation and deal with them
  • Speak fluent Arabic and English .
  • Has a highly experienced in computer and Office programs and dealing with Web sites and e-mail.
  • Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently .
  • Immediately available is highly preferred .
