Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Setting up accounts for email staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
- Solving password problems.
- Talking to computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
- Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above, profession in Information Technology or related specialty.
- Experience in Same Field (5-8 Years).
- Excellent command of English.
- Deep experience in EMC storage operation.
- Be familiar with problem troubleshooting, response, escalation, report and consolidation.
- Be familiar with all types EMC Storage product.
- Software. Hardware. Networks. MCSE - MCSA – MCITP –MCTS -MCP.
