- Dealing with a customers queries, requests, orders or complaints through web chat and phone.
- Following up customers.
- Having a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues or customer complaints.

Working Conditions as follows;
- Otlob.com operates on a rotational shift base 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Shift is based on 9 hours a day including break
- Working hours will be on shift basis, last shift for females only ends at 9:00 PM.
