Job Description
Ensure well-managed end-to-end process from the start of the project, during the implementation, and post-implementation of the new core banking system. The well-managed implementation includes, but not limited to, the ability to timely manage the project with strong result orientation, compliance to the relevant regulations (if any), and balanced risk/business approach.
Job Purpose: The main purpose of this role is to:
- Support the Project Steering Group in the implementation & management of its new Core Banking Solution
- Support the integration of the new CBS with ADC and DFS solutions (Switch, mPOS and Mobile Banking).
Job Requirements
- A degree in IT or Business or a related relevant discipline, preferably with demonstrated / deep hands on experience (5 years or more) on Core Banking system implementation and management (ideally of solution), ATM, POS/mPOS, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Agent Banking ...etc.;
- Experience in working with commercial banks, non-bank finance companies, and NGO Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) and in linking DFS strategy and operational approaches to enhance breadth and depth of service delivery;
- Certified in IT Project Management is an advantage;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required;
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to think literally;
