Job Summary
A results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage new Chestnut Learning users through approaching schools, teachers, and education entities.
Responsibilities
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call and visit on existing or on potential sales’ outlets and leads.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to achieve fast growth rate for Chestnut Learning
- Follow up on the development of clients’ needs and maintaining good long-term relations with customers to ensure maximum clients’ satisfaction.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activities and results’ reports
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to the management.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Work Experience
- B.S or B.A degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
