Sales Account Manager (Outdoor/Indoor)

The responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager are as follows:

• The sales account manager must manage and supervise sales activities in the company and improve short and long term sales.
• Responsible for all sales activities and special attention to major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Development Manager.
• Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.
• Accurately forecasts annually, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
• Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to establish and control budget for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
• Attend and maintain meetings by himself.
• Cold Call making by himself.
