Job Description
The responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager are as follows:
- The sales account manager must manage and supervise sales activities in the company and improve short and long term sales.
- Responsible for all sales activities and special attention to major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Development Manager.
- Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.
- Accurately forecasts annually, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
- Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to establish and control budget for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Attend and maintain meetings by himself.
- Cold Call making by himself.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of customer and market requirements.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Supervise and control sales staff in all branches.
- Provide monthly and annual forecast.
- Professional in Microsoft Office.
