Review filing of batch documents (batch records checklist and QC reports)
Responsible for Bulk & Finished Product Release
Regular inspection of processing/production area and follow up corrective action.
Regular check of equipment logbooks.
Review the cleaning checklists & ensure the cleanliness of production equipment and rooms.
Regular check the current filling of batch record during processing, filling and packaging.
As a member of the investigation team for incident / deviation reports concerning production and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Handling change control reports.
Follow-up OOS reports.
As a member of the investigation team for complaints and product recalls.
Handling the rejection request.
Prepare SOPs concerning quality assurance department.
Updating SOPs overview list.
Distribute the approved SOPs for all departments.
Follow the SOPs review plan.
Make the annual plan for pest control and following-up its actual.
Prepare annual calibration plan or critical equipment.
Prepare protocol and report of process and equipment cleaning validation.
Prepare annual product quality review.
Issuing batch records.
Follow implementation of ISO system.
Interfaces:
- Cooperation with all departments of Mamiba Cosmetics
