- Respond to emails and other messages from customers and give them the right answers.
- Carefully identify the problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment.
- Contact customers to discuss any information related to their order requirements.
- Actively seek new ways to help improve process and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- Max age: 32 years old.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Presentable & Professional.
Working Conditions as follows;
- Otlob.com operates on rotational shift basis which is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Shifts last 9 hours per day including 1 hour break.
- Working hours will be on shift basis, the last shift for females ends at 9:00 PM.
