Job Description

  • Respond to emails and other messages from customers and give them the right answers.
  • Carefully identify the problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment.
  • Contact customers to discuss any information related to their order requirements.
  • Actively seek new ways to help improve process and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

  • Max age: 32 years old.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable & Professional.

Working Conditions as follows;

  • Otlob.com operates on rotational shift basis which is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Shifts last 9 hours per day including 1 hour break.
  • Working hours will be on shift basis, the last shift for females ends at 9:00 PM.
