Job Description

  • Prepare job announcement.
  • Job posting in appropriate channels.
  • Perform all recruitment tasks including: screening, contacting candidates, set dates to test and perform 1st interview.
  • Coordinate with the head of departments and candidates for the interviewing process.
  • Keeping good records for all employees and develop a pool of candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all positions.
  • Prepare job offers and send them to the shortlisted candidates
  • Confirm and follow up with the candidates the starting date and required hiring documents.
  • Participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Fluent English language and excellent linguistic skills.
  • Two years of Experience in Recruitment or HR field.
  • Solid experience in recruitment is MUST.
  • Females only can apply.
  • Presentable, Good communication skills and Time Management.
  • Maadi or Nearby residents.
