Job Duties:
- Responsible for developing and managing social media activities [Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram]
- Day to day management of content on social platforms.
- Day to day management of products on our website and online platforms as Souq & Jumia.
- Content production - writing, updating and creating social content.
- Targeting potential customers by Paid campaigns.
- Evaluating, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels.
- Create & monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media.
- Always up-to-date on the latest in social media channels.
- Handle attractive graphic designs
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SM field.
- Communicating social media and brand awareness of company
- Talented in Graphic design & photography
- Ability to benchmark the impact of social media & ROI
- Experience with responding to customer comments & CRM
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to create and produce unique content
- V.Good overall communication skills
