Job Description
- Manage The Logistics and Warehouse team.
- Direct and coordinate with all related depts.; SVC- Sales- Credit-… (Full order cycle).
- Develop and implement Logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with customs and excise regulators.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Responsible for transport, clearance of imported products and warehousing either directly or through external forwarders.
- Managing Logistics and warehouse cost/budget.
- Following with the 3rd party company (Hi Logistics); on time delivery, customs clearance process, …
- Maintains adequate stock levels and reduce costs and improve quality.
- Maintains inventory/In-house stock control system as per corporate guidelines.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise , coach and train warehouse workforce.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, SCM.
- +5 Y Exp. in same position (Multinational Exp. is preferred)
- MBA is a plus.
- SCM Exp. is a must.
- Management, Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
