Job Description
- Training of new Drivers on (Fetchr Business Process , Customer care & Soft Skills, Ship Happy Application, & Test )
- Coordinating with LMT to send the new batch of crew on On Job Training.
- Day to day briefings ( feedback, important points to discuss ,)
- Check if guys are looking presentable - Uniform , Look good , Before they leave Tab issues to be sorted if any.
- Inventory check ( File acknowledgments, Stock check, requesting for inventory if needed of Tabs , Sim cards, T shirts , Caps , Shoes , Stylus , Tab Covers , earphones )
- Going with drivers on filed 2 times a week when there is no training.
- Prepare weekly reports to be sent every Saturday 4:00 pm UAE
- Updating and testing new ship happy version on tabs with drivers.
- Rewards and recognition for top performers monthly as per performance report.
- Helping HR/OPS when required.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years as a Trainer .
- Excellent English .
- Logistics / Shipping experience an advantage .
- Microsoft office excellent
- Communication skills
- Strong personality .
- Willing to learn grow in a fast working environment.
- Working days : 6 days a week
