Job Description
- Responsibilities for installation and starting up our machines at our customers.
- Giving a system –specific training to our customer properly.
- Searching and analyzing complex error to ensure an optimum availability of our systems.
- Being a competent contact person to guarantee the adherence to our service as it’s agreed upon with our customer.
- Interviewing our customers regarding their satisfaction and quality of our systems and document the projects.
- Keeping a permanent contact with our service back office in Germany to continually improve our inspection systems.
- Willingness to take one to several days duty travel.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Consumer orientation abilities and flexibility.
- Capabilities to work autonomously and also on a team.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office program.
- Ability to communicate in English is a must to be considered for this job. Additional Arabic language skills of advantage.
