Job Description
After condensed training course and applied on-job training, Developer Support Engineer will do the following:
- Receive & Resolve Development support cases
- First queue for changes and fixes for the solutions including SQL programming , .net web development , and SQL reporting Services
- Communicate with the support team to deliver the fixes and changes
- Communicate with the Development team to deliver escalations and changes.
