Co-ordinating with the technical office for ordering the material and modifying any approved details as per the site condition.
Co-ordinating with the factory to assure the delivery of the material to site on time.
Planning ahead the task on site according to the site clearance given by the main contractor.
Managing the manpower resources according to pre-planed work schedule.
Co-ordinating with subcontractors and suppliers ahead to ensure manpower, appropriate materials and tools are available.
Co-ordinating with the main contractor to assure the cleared area for our work is cleared by the main contractor, on time, and really ok to us.
Co-ordinating with the main contractor to assure that the agreed site facilities provided by MC are ready and sufficient to our work ahead.
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

A Bachelor's degree of Architecture/Civil engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (knowledge of Cladding/GRP/GRC) is a plus.
Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
Superb project management skills.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn.
The candidate must have the ability to do the needed report to the management according to the company internal policy and formats.
The candidate must have the ability to raise the red flag of any protentional/ expected FUTURE site issues and problem to assure its solving ahead before starting the task on site.
The candidate must have the ability to gather the data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
The candidate must have the ability to respect the quality assurance and providing feedback to the team, also providing technical advice - if needed- and solving problems on site.
