Job Description
Genovity is looking for a Senior MS Dynamics CRM/ERP Functional Consultant to join its MS Dynamics team to work in one of its major projects. The candidate must have proven experience in implementing MS Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and drive CRM/ERP project implementations in the role of CRM/ERP Consultant.
- Engage, implement, and consult clients on solutions that the company offers.
- Own and deliver business analysis and requirements gathering sessions based on industry's best practices.
- Functional requirements analysis and solution design according to business needs.
- Define and prepare functional requirements solution design documents and system prototypes (Proof of Concept).
- Present analysis and design deliverables to clients’ senior management and work towards obtaining signoffs.
- Provide directions to the development team in the delivery of business requirements accurately and within project timeframes.
- Perform/Lead customization and configuration of MS Dynamics platform as per the client requirements.
- Ensure quality of software deliverable is as per design through creating and running test case scenarios.
- Participate in projects’ required planning activities for MS Dynamics projects using the company standard operation procedure.
- Engage in project management tasks in handling client inquiries with accuracy and on time.
- Lead MS Dynamics CRM / ERP team tasks which are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ERP.
- Perform/Lead MS Dynamics CRM/ERP deployment & installation as well as extending the Dynamics CRM/ERP functions as required.
- Contribute to setting CRM/ERP customization standards as part of the company’s quality management system.
- Providing hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to team members.
- Conduct task reviews to ensure deliverables’ quality is at the highest level possible and related quality standards are being followed.
- Lead project team and manage the assigned project in smooth and flexible way with reporting to the management on projects progress.
- Support team in solution design, workaround, and customization design.
- Participate in Microsoft Dynamics team recruitment including verifying relevant Job Ads, then candidates screening, interviewing, and technical assessment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related area of studies such as (Management Information System, Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering) or a proven relevant experience/certificate.
- At least 5 years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM & ERP.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP platform.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of Advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM & ERP.
- Experience in solutions architecture that involve CRM & ERP customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, modules integration, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
- Experience in business solutions architecture based on MS SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
- A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a senior consultant.
- MS Dynamics CRM / ERP Certification is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge in MS Dynamics components.
