Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation up to Assistant Manager Level;
- Act as Business Partner role to provide professional HR advice and services to hiring managers;
- Assist to develop innovative and market relevant sourcing strategies and identify different channels.
- Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis on talent management.
- Participate in HR projects as assigned.
- Prepare and update job descriptions for all employees.
- Update the company organization chart.
- Update employee’s data base to develop and update needed reports.
- Follow up on appraisal performance with all departments.
- Handle internal training and e-learning activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- HR Diploma is a major plus.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS application
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
